Summertime is full of reasons to be joyful, but joy isn’t found in summer, true joy can only be found in Jesus. Check this out:
In Jesus, joy is your inheritance and a promise. And maybe you’re sitting here thinking well I don’t feel very joyful.
That’s where we have to think differently about joy, because Kingdom joy isn’t something you feel based on circumstances or situations, it’s actually a direct result of kingdom movement. Check this out:
So, if joy comes from movement. How are you moving forward this summer?
How are you moving forward in your relationship with Jesus?
How are you moving and bringing hope into some else’s life?
How are you moving and advancing the mission of Jesus on Earth?
Don’t wait to feel strong or feel joy for you to start moving forward.
If you do, you’ll be waiting a long time. Move forward in faith today!
Things like: start reading your bible today; pray for your friends; accept Jesus into your heart; and as you do, Jesus promises that the joy and the strength that you have been looking for will come as well. Let’s check this out for a few more ways we can live this out this summer:
